It’s official…the MSP Polar Bear Plunge is THE event of winter! So save the date now and start making plans for Plungapalooza ’09 featuring the MSP Polar Bear Plunge XIII – sure to be the coolest one yet. Join us for an expanded festival, multiple Plunges, the crowning of Miss Polar Bear Plunge, and even a Friday evening entertainment event (TBA). We already know that thanks to the “Plunge Nation”, the MSP Plunge is the coolest event around. What we don’t know yet is just how much more fun we can have. So be there for Plungapalooza on Friday and Saturday, January 23-24 and find out. Who knows…one day you just might be telling your grandchildren about it…

Polar Bear Diaries Wins 2008 Silver Telly Award

“Polar Bear Diaries” – the video series promoting the Maryland State Police Polar Bear Plunge – has been awarded a 2008 Silver Telly in the Non-Profit category. A Silver Award is the highest level of recognition awarded through the Annual Telly Awards.
